It's a little bit different to photograph a maternity session when it’s your second, third baby but when I do a maternity session for the couple’s first baby, the excitement, the anticipation of the unknown; and the love is so tangible between the two that it’s my main main focus; to capture exactly that.

Sometimes we feel like not taking pictures during this time. Maybe you feel like all you do is feed, change diapers, and try to get the baby to sleep again. You're tired, not yourself. But, this phase is really, really short in retrospect and so worth documenting. Your newborn baby will never be this small again. Just do it for yourself and your family, not anybody else. These sessions are absolutely unhurried, laid back, go with the flow type of thing. No catalogue looking like family or...

I would love to bring your ideas/vision to life. A photo shoot, either family or any other, doesn't have to be always the same - get to a spot, walk around, take pictures. We could do so much more if you're up for it! Brunch date in a diner. Afternoon in a city visiting the local shops and hip coffee/ice cream stores. Patio hangs. Picnic at the beach, in the park, in your garden. Scooter /bike rides. Library day. Rainy day in the park (muddy puddles adventure). Or just your normal day. Kids...
